Room Preservation

Please use the room and all its contents with care and cleanliness. If any damage occurs to the room or its contents, the hotel reserves the right to recover compensation costs.

Balcony

It is strictly prohibited to throw anything from the balcony or window to the outside. Please do not sit on the balcony railing.

Guest Quietness

Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Loudspeakers, loud voices, and any behavior that disturbs the comfort of other guests are prohibited.

Room Key Card

The room key card is designated for the registered guest only. If the card is lost, please inform reception immediately.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside rooms, except in designated smoking rooms. If the smoking rule is violated, cleaning and odor removal charges will be added to your account.

Room Furnishings

Please do not remove any of the room's contents (towels, linens, vases, appliances, etc.) from the room.

Safety & Fire Extinguisher

It is prohibited to use candles, heaters, independent gas, or any dangerous devices inside the room. Please follow hotel staff instructions in case of a fire alarm.

Room Cleaning

Room cleaning is done by Housekeeping from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM by pressing the clean up button. If you place the DND (Do Not Disturb) sign, staff will not enter the room without permission.

Environmental Protection

Please use water and electricity responsibly and consciously. When leaving the room, please turn off lights and unnecessary devices.

Visitors

The only people allowed to stay in the room are those officially registered at the hotel. Bringing additional guests requires Reception approval.

For room service, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, or any other request, please contact Reception.

Children

Please do not leave children unattended in the room or on the balcony. Parents bear full responsibility for their children's safety.
